Terms and Conditions

  1. Product Customization & Approval – Customized orders will be provided with a final proof, once approved no additional changes can be made.
  2. Order Processing & Fulfillment – Typical turnaround time is 5-10 days from receipt of payment and artwork approval. Additional services will extend typical turnaround times.  Turnaround times only apply to production. If an order is being shipped, Simply Sweet by. Danielle cannot guarantee carrier ship times.
    RUSH SERVICE: Rush service is offered when available. A Rush Fee of 25% will be added to all jobs needed in less than our standard turnaround time. 2-4  day rush jobs will have a 50% rush fee added to the total cost of the job.
  3. Payment Terms – Simply Sweet by Danielle uses Stripe Payments as our online payment processor. We accept most credit and debit cards as a payment method for online purchases. We use square payments at vendor event locations and we accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo and most credit and debit cards. Full payment is due at the time of ordering.
  4. Shipping & Delivery – Shipping time is not included in the turnaround time. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping charges will not be included in price quotes but will be applied to final invoices. Charges apply to actual shipping rates, we do not charge for packaging or handling. Simply Sweet by Danielle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delays due to weather.
  5. Intellectual Property –  Simply Sweet by Danielle respects the intellectual property rights of others. We have a policy of removing user submissions that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws, suspending or blocking access to the design-saving or other features of our site to any user who uses our site in violation of any such law, and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances the account (if any) of any user who uses our site in violation of any such law. Pursuant to Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512, we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with such law. If you believe your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right is being infringed by a user of Simply Sweet by Danielle , please provide written notice to the following agent for notice of claims of infringement.
  6. Liability & Disclaimers – Simply Sweet by Danielle  is not responsible for allergies, misuse of products, or third-party delays. Care instructions are included on most items.
  7. Privacy Policy – Explain how customer data is collected, stored, and used.
    Modification of Terms – Reserve the right to update terms and conditions as needed.

Return and Refund Policy

All items are final sale. I do not offer returns/exchanges. If for any reason your purchase is unsatisfactory, please email me at simplysweettxnycustom@gmail.com. 


If I am able to go outside my No Return/Exchange policy, I will require payment to cover the re-shipping fee, as well as the original item being sent back to me (cost not covered by Simply Sweet by Danielle). If your item is eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email or text message to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once received.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days of the approval being sent to see the return on your account depending on your bank or credit card system.


ABOUT MY MATERIALS AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

Our items are handmade with heat transfer vinyl (HTV) and/or direct to film (DTF transfers) will last longer if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the heat pressing process. So we suggest following the care instructions here to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly and to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.


Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.  You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.  HTV or DTF printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low no heat cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
